Military Brat Defence Academy is hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the institutionâs financial strategy, compliance, and long-term financial planning. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial discipline, sustainability, and organizational growth.
ð Role Overview
- Lead overall financial planning and strategy
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure controls
- Support leadership with financial insights and decision-making
ð¯ Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, auditing, taxation, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop long-term financial and investment strategies
- Handle risk management and financial controls
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
â Eligibility & Experience
- CA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 5â10 years of senior-level finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian financial laws and taxation
- Experience in education / ed-tech sector is an advantage
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic skills
