Job Overview

Bratto Tech is looking for confident, professional and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Business Development & Client Relationship Executive.

The selected candidates will communicate with Indian and international clients, understand their website development requirements, explain WebsiteIn5000.in services, manage enquiries, follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into successful website development projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Deal professionally with Indian and international clients.
• Understand clients' website and digital business requirements.
• Explain website development services and available solutions.
• Handle enquiries received from potential customers.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Negotiate project requirements and commercial terms.
• Convert qualified leads into successful website development projects.
• Coordinate with the website development and technical team.
• Generate new business opportunities for Bratto Tech and WebsiteIn5000.in.
• Maintain proper communication throughout the client acquisition process.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBA / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree candidates with relevant skills or experience may also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential for dealing with international clients.
• Good convincing, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, IT services or web development will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate website solutions.
• Freshers with excellent communication and business-development skills may also apply.
