Job Description & Requirements
Military Brat Defence Academy invites motivated Telecallers and Affiliate Partners to join our defence education outreach program. This is a performance-based opportunity focused on counselling defence aspirants and converting qualified leads.
ð Role Overview
- Calling defence aspirants and parents
- Explaining course details (MNS & Defence Exams)
- Follow-up with interested leads
- Maintaining basic call and lead records
ð° Payment & Commission Structure
5% commission per successful conversion
After completing 100 qualified leads,
commission increases to 7% per conversion
No fixed salary â earnings purely performance based
â Eligibility
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory)
- Prior telecalling or counselling experience is an advantage
- Basic mobile/computer knowledge
