Military Brat Defence Academy is hiring an experienced Leads Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize student leads generated through digital platforms, telecalling, and affiliate partners. The role is critical for improving conversions, tracking performance, and ensuring a smooth admissions pipeline.

📌 Role Overview

  • Manage and distribute incoming leads to telecallers and counsellors
  • Monitor lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion status
  • Coordinate with marketing, telecalling, and admissions teams
  • Ensure timely response and proper counselling of defence aspirants
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking systems

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead allocation and performance tracking
  • Daily and weekly lead conversion reporting
  • Identifying gaps in follow-up and counselling process
  • Improving lead-to-admission conversion ratios
  • Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

✅ Eligibility & Skills

  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred
  • Prior experience as Leads Manager, CRM Executive, or Admissions Manager
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
  • Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
