Telecaller / Affiliate Partner (Commission Based)

Military Brat Defence Academy invites motivated Telecallers and Affiliate Partners to join our defence education outreach program. This is a performance-based opportunity focused on counselling defence aspirants and converting qualified leads.

📌 Role Overview

• Calling defence aspirants and parents
• Explaining course details (MNS & Defence Exams)
• Follow-up with interested leads
• Maintaining basic call and lead records

💰 Payment & Commission Structure

5% commission per successful conversion
After completing 100 qualified leads, commission increases to 7% per conversion
No fixed salary – earnings purely performance based

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory)
• Prior telecalling or counselling experience is an advantage
• Basic mobile/computer knowledge
