Military Brat Defence Academy, a trusted national-level platform for defence exam preparation, invites applications for the position of Mathematics Educator (Online) for BSF Sub-Inspector (SI) Examination coaching.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality Mathematics coaching for BSF SI aspirants through structured, exam-oriented live online classes designed as per the latest BSF SI exam pattern.

The selected educator will conduct 60-minute live online mathematics classes using well-structured PPT or PDF slides, explain concepts step-by-step, solve exam-level questions, and teach effective shortcuts and calculation strategies required for BSF SI Maths preparation.

The educator will be responsible for maintaining conceptual clarity, student engagement, and class discipline while ensuring timely syllabus completion in alignment with the batch plan and examination requirements.

Class Structure: All classes will be conducted fully online in live mode. Each session will include a balanced mix of concept-based explanation and intensive question practice to help students improve speed, accuracy, and confidence in the BSF SI Mathematics section.

Payment Structure: The remuneration for this online teaching role is ₹200 per live class, making it suitable for educators seeking flexible, per-class online teaching opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements: Applicants must have strong subject knowledge in Mathematics topics relevant to BSF SI and defence examinations, including Arithmetic, Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, and Data Interpretation.

Candidates should be proficient in teaching through PowerPoint or PDF-based presentations and possess clear communication skills in Hindi and/or English for effective online instruction.

Prior teaching experience for BSF, SSC, CAPF, or other Defence competitive examinations will be preferred. However, capable educators with strong conceptual command and effective teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.

Work Mode: This is a fully online, work-from-home mathematics teaching job with classes scheduled as per the academy’s batch plan.
