Military Brat Defence Academy is hiring an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the institution’s financial strategy, compliance, and long-term financial planning. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring financial discipline, sustainability, and organizational growth.

📌 Role Overview

• Lead overall financial planning and strategy
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditure controls
• Support leadership with financial insights and decision-making

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, auditing, taxation, and payroll
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop long-term financial and investment strategies
• Handle risk management and financial controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

✅ Eligibility & Experience

• CA / MBA (Finance) / equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 5–10 years of senior-level finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial laws and taxation
• Experience in education / ed-tech sector is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic skills
