NURSING EDUCATOR

This role focuses on delivering high-quality Nursing subject coaching to defence nursing aspirants through structured, exam-oriented live online classes designed according to the latest MNS and defence nursing exam pattern.

The selected educator will conduct 60-minute live online nursing classes using well-prepared PPT or PDF slides, explain concepts in a clear and practical manner, solve exam-level practice questions, and guide students with effective exam-focused strategies.

The educator will be responsible for maintaining class discipline, student engagement, and conceptual clarity while ensuring syllabus completion as per the batch plan and examination requirements.

Class Structure: All classes will be conducted fully online in live mode. Each session will include a balanced combination of concept-based nursing theory and MCQ practice to help students improve accuracy, speed, and exam confidence.

Payment Structure: The remuneration for this online teaching position is ₹200 per live class, making it an ideal opportunity for nursing educators seeking flexible, performance-based online teaching work.

Eligibility & Requirements: Applicants must have strong subject knowledge in Nursing subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatric Nursing, and other subjects relevant to MNS and defence nursing examinations.

Candidates should be comfortable teaching through PowerPoint or PDF-based presentations and must possess clear communication skills in Hindi and/or English for effective online instruction.

Prior teaching experience for MNS, BSF Staff Nurse, SSC Nursing, or other defence nursing exams will be preferred. However, motivated nursing professionals with strong conceptual understanding and teaching ability are also encouraged to apply.

Work Mode: This is a fully online, work-from-home nursing teaching job with classes scheduled as per the academy’s batch plan.
